An Cnoc Scotch Whisky
Previously known as Knockdhu Distillery or Cnoc Dhub ‘Black Hill’ in Gaelic, it is now simply called An Cnoc ‘The Hill’.
The distillery was built after the discovery of a spring with an excellent water quality.
The same spring water is still used in the production of An Cnoc Single Malt Whisky today.
